Sister Rachelle Principe was a dedicated and hardworking union member of RI Council 94, AFSCME, RI Department of Children, Youth and Families, Local 2876, before retiring on December 31, 2020.

It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Brother Michael Lapisky, 76, who passed on Monday, January 4, 2021.

He retired in 2008 as Chief of the Division of Fish and Wildlife. Brother Lapisky was a former Executive Vice President for RI Council 94, AFSCME and former President of Local 2881, Department of Environmental Management.

Michael will be sorely missed by everyone.

 It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Enrico Siravo Sr., 71, who passed away October 26, 2020.

 Brother Siravo came to America in 1972. He worked for RI College, State of Rhode Island for twenty years. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, gardening and time with his lodge buddies Arthur and Anthony, as well as his buddy Joe Rosa.

It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Brother Yardley L. Norman, 60, who passed on Saturday, June 27, 2020.

Prior to his retirement in August 2017, Brother Yardley was a dedicated and hardworking union member of Rhode Island Council 94, AFSCME, University of Rhode Island, Local 528 where he worked as a Lands and Grounds Supervisor.

Brother Yardley will be sorely missed by everyone.

It is with great sadness that I regret to inform you of the passing of Brother Robert D. Parenti, 37, who passed on Tuesday, May 19, 2020.

Brother Robert was a dedicated and hardworking union member of RI Council 94, AFSCME, Eleanor Slater Hospital, Local 1350.

Robert worked as a CNA at the Medical Center.

Robert will be sorely missed by everyone.

Mr. Parenti’s funeral services will be private.
